Rebolet bietet ein 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht auf seine Produkte.

Wenn die Produkte nicht der Beschreibung entsprechen oder Sie Probleme mit ihnen haben, senden Sie uns bitte eine E-Mail an contact@rebolet.com und wir senden Ihnen ein Versandetikett.

Unsere Politik dauert 30 Tage. Wenn 30 Tage seit Ihrem Kauf vergangen sind, können wir Ihnen leider keine Rückerstattung oder keinen Umtausch anbieten.

Um für eine Rückgabe in Frage zu kommen, muss sich Ihr Artikel in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben.

Rückerstattung (falls zutreffend)
Sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, senden wir Ihnen eine E-Mail, um Sie darüber zu informieren, dass wir Ihren zurückgesandten Artikel erhalten haben. Wir werden Sie auch über die Genehmigung oder Ablehnung Ihrer Rückerstattung informieren.
Im Falle einer Genehmigung wird Ihre Rückerstattung bearbeitet und eine Gutschrift auf Ihre Kreditkarte oder Ihre ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode innerhalb einer bestimmten Anzahl von Tagen automatisch vorgenommen.

Verspätete oder fehlende Rückerstattungen (falls zutreffend)
Die Bearbeitung von Rückerstattungen durch Ihre Bank oder Ihren Kreditkartenanbieter kann bis zu 14 Tage dauern. Wenn Sie nach Ablauf dieser Frist Ihre Rückerstattung nicht erhalten haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an contact@rebolet.com.

Umtausch (falls zutreffend)
Wir tauschen nur Artikel um, wenn sie defekt oder beschädigt sind oder sich in einem anderen Zustand befinden als in der Beschreibung des Produkts angegeben. Für einen Umtausch senden Sie uns bitte eine E-Mail an contact@rebolet.com.

Geschenke
Wenn der Artikel beim Kauf als Geschenk gekennzeichnet war und direkt an Sie versandt wurde, erhalten Sie eine Geschenkgutschrift in Höhe des Wertes Ihrer Rücksendung. Sobald der zurückgegebene Artikel eingegangen ist, wird Ihnen ein Geschenkgutschein zugeschickt.

Wenn der Artikel beim Kauf nicht als Geschenk gekennzeichnet war oder der Schenkende die Bestellung an sich selbst geschickt hat, um sie Ihnen später zu schenken, senden wir eine Rückerstattung an den Schenkenden und er erfährt von Ihrer Rückgabe.

Versand
In besonderen Fällen ist eine kostenlose Rücksendung möglich, andernfalls müssen Sie die Kosten für die Rücksendung selbst tragen.

Returns

Rebolet offers 30 days right of return on its products.

If the products do not correspond to the description, or you have problems with them, please send us an e-mail to contact@rebolet.com and we will send you a shipping label.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process by your bank or credit card provider. If after this period you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@rebolet.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or in a different condition than stated in the description of the product. For exchange, requests send us an email at contact@rebolet.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
Free return shipping costs are possible in special cases, otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
